Good luck. The rules page will be updated when hell freezes over. In the meantime, let's settle for hammering out an understanding here about what violates the rules in the context of support tickets. Here's where I'm looking:

Really, we should be able to stop at the end of that first sentence (the one that I bolded) and figure out how to be a decent guest. In any event, it seems clear to me that abusing the ticket system runs afoul of all of the above-quoted sentences from the rules page.
