Hello, need some assistant.
I changed my forum email, and now when i go to accounts; I cant see either my main or my alt character; when i try to link it says they are linked to another account — but i checked old email and nothing

Anyone know what i can do.

Yeah, this is a known issue. You can do two things:

a. switch your email back to the old email, and usually the account feature will be working again. (Note: Doing this a few times just gets your forum account locked altogher)
b. Spend countless hours trying to get Nas's attention in NasChat. He will re-associate your in game accounts with your new email, and the account functionality will then work just fine. I did option B. It took me about 2 weeks without ever closing NasChat.

Oh wow thanks for this info. Im glad im not only one having this issue.

I had Nas chat open for 4 days and didnt hear anything then connection was lost ((

Make sure your message to him is very short and to the point. I ended up having to wait two extra days because when he got to mine, he told me to make it shorter and concise. Tell him something like, "I need to have my characters associated with a new email. In Game Names: [in game names, including mules]. Forum Account: Renavi. Old email: __________ . New Email: __________
