Is Summoning skill really “broken” on Naomi? My wife was outside of Sandy leveling the skill when someone told her it’s broken. This true?

It's not so much 'broken' as much as it follows the old way summoning skill works... in other words, it doesn't really matter much, outside of lowering cast time of spirits and lowering interrupt rate. All the post-'05 stuff where skill affects buff duration/effect/etc. doesn't apply on Nasomi.

Yea i dont think it adds accuracy to blood packs either. I've done a bunch of tests after some ppl said smn torque helped their damage on high level hnm but I have never seen a difference.

I was told it helps with avatar melee accuracy, if you're having them autoattack for whatever reason. Have not verified it myself.

From what I recall, testing it with /checkparam <pet> produced no difference. The only things that mattered were the level of the SMN at the time it was summoned, and random direct gear bonuses like AF pants.
