I am raising my crafting to change race, I would like to go from human to elf.
It says that the size and gender remain unchanged, but I have not understood how the chosen face / hair will transform.
Taking the models of the Wiki as a reference, I chose face 3, hair A, does it mean that my elf will have a face 3, hair A or will it have a casual aesthetic? Can we request a specific aesthetic?

Your 3A will carry over to whatever race you change to so in your case: your elvaan will have the slick-back black hair (from what i can tell from the picture). No you cannot request a different look unfortunately.
