Help... i have the Kindred report. i went to talk to Halver he gave me a Letter to the Consuls again.. so 2 any new players Do not pick Sandy. I found out today im Stuck on the 2-3 mission and can not turn in my "Kindred Report" to Halver .

Had the same problem a long time ago. Skipping this step and going to the BCNM worked for me.

So after getting the (Letter to the Consuls) i went to Bastok did the Sand got that done. then went to Windurst talked to every1 there got the (Dark key) went to Giddeus KILLED the (Black Dragon) got the CS.. went back to Mourices got a CS.. got the (Kindred Report) went to Chateau d'Oraguille talk to Halver and he gave me a (Letter to the Consuls)...again as if i never talked to him in the first place... but i did... Nas Please Help (i know ur dealing with the (Post-Hurricane-Problems) But let me know when u can Fix it?
