In my account management, I have an Alt account listed, but no character listed under it.  When I try to login with that Alt account and get to character creation, I get through the whole process and then when I choose my city, it shoots me back a POL-3301 error.  Because the character is not created, I cannot remove it (even if its a bad idea) in the account page, and I cant get access to that alt account at all.  Are there any known workarounds for this?

Tested different Char Names, Nations, Jobs, Races, etc.
