hello anyone can help contact Nasomi help me please , Oct 27 i login my character KC still in my hands , and i connection lost my character at bastok mine . today oct 29 am 10 i login my account character move to valkurm dune i'm surprised then check my gear KClub is gone if anyone can contact Nasomi please help me thank you

Sorry i did mistake my wife moved my KC becuase i was fighting with her sorry guys everything is good now

I didn't give anyone password I didn't play for a long time Log in the game 2 days ago login and stay at city today login at valkurm dunes then KC gone !!!

That sucks and I'm sorry to hear buddy.

Accounts getting compromised have nothing to do with Nasomi, his security, website etc. Over the past couple of years, this year included, there has been massive leaks of emails/passwords that have gotten due to compromised sites where their databases are exposed and use weak encryption & piss poor security.

These leaks include emails, along with plain/weak encrypted passwords etc and I am almost sure a lot of people here reuse the same password multiple times.

I hope you get it fixed. Even though it might not have anything to do with Nasomi's security, he is still your 1st and only contact via chat.
He can find out who took your KC and maybe is able to reverse damage done and ban the stealing person properly.

Who knows, it's worth a chance.
