For this event, you go to various NPCs and trade them a card given to you by a Festive Moogle, while wearing dream gear to get the +1 version of the dream gear.

START:

Talk to the Festive Moogle outside the Mog House entrance in Port Sandy/Port Bastok. He'll give you a card and also give the option to buy/sell stuff. Buy all the NQ dream gear including the bell and equip it.

*NOTES*

FOR THE TRADES TO WORK YOU MUST ALWAYS HAVE NQ GEAR ON, EVEN 1 PIECE OF HQ DREAM GEAR WILL MAKE TRADES NOT WORK
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A COUPLE INVEN SPACES AVAILABLE. IF YOU TRADE WITH A FULL INVEN, IT WILL SAY YOU GOT THE +1 BUT WILL BUG OUT AND NOT GIVE IT TO YOU, FORCING YOU TO GET ANOTHER CARD AND TRY ANOTHER NPC

Every time you trade a card to an NPC, if they give you a +1 dream piece (sometimes they won't, simply move on to the next NPC) you will have to go back to the Festive Moogle in Port Sandy to get another card.

SANDY

Port Sandy: G-8 Nimia, J-10 Phersula, H-6 Louis
North Sandy: E-7 Gulmama, E-5 Dogomehr, K-9 Madaline
South Sandy: K-7 Ashene, I-11 Esmallegue, J-9 Authere

BASTOK

Bastok Markets: Karine H-9 (Map Vendor) / Angry Bull H-11 (Guard next to Mines) / Parnike K-10 (Outside music shop)
Bastok Mines: Eiki H-5 (Bat's Lair Inn) / Emaliveulaux G-6 (Near markets zone) / Azette J-9 (Inside Chocobo Stables)
Port Bastok: Carmella E-6 (Steaming Sheep Inn) / Rajesh G-7 (Bottom of stairs inside airship building) / Tiger tooth J-7 (At top of stairs near N. Gusta zone)

WINDY

Windurst Walls:
Kimumu J-11 (on top of Auction House)
Chawo Shipeynyo H-7
Suhie-Kaihie D-6

Windurst Waters:
Aora-Uora G-7 (north area of map inside Optistery)
Miriri H-9 (north area of map)
Fomina D-8 (south area of map)

Windurst Woods:
Bopa-Greso I-4

Please note: Even the bell has an HQ part, which gives +1 singing skill (yay beginner bards!)

Run around smashing this macro to every NPC till you get items. The echo is just a visual confirmation that you did run the macro.

I don't have the exact locations or names but... Windurst Wall Locations:
1. Above the AH
2. Zone to Windy Waters
3. Zone to the big tree

I noticed the wiki wasn't updated to reflect the Windy NPCs. Also I've been to the NPC in Jeuno and all he gave me was a NQ chocobo shield which is glitched. You cannot see it when it is equipped.
