What would be the best level to be able to do it solo? Right now Paladin is my highest at 42 but at 41 I just couldn't kill the leeches, managed to get one but was too low on MP to finish the other two and heal. Warrior is at like 33, I could try to get that to 40 unless I should just keep leveling Pld since it's higher?

I'd say as PLD at least level 60 to solo it, maybe building TP before hand and popping 2hr would ease it greatly.
To be perfectly honest though, just do a few shouts in Bastok Mines, someone will have 10min to go help you, any 75 can solo easy.
