Hey there!

I had heard kinda rumors that you could use the choco circuit to travel between major cities. Was hoping to be able to use that to cut down on travel, but I can't seem to enter at all. Only level 14, no choco license or anything, but was under the impression it wasn't needed.

Anyone mind filling me in?
