Just wondering if anyone knows whether this NM in Uleguerand Range still needs a pop item (Haunted Muleta) to pop. I ask because there are some NMs on Nasomi that no longer require pop items, such as Pallas, as compared to retail. Please let me know!

No clue about the pop. However just curious why you want to kill him. For the Cape? Is it good for NIN tanking or for the RDM Enmity Tanking? I am just curious because it also makes you get crit 40% more often.

Oh is that what the hidden effect is? I took it as it increasing your own crit rate. Must've misread it? Anyhow, yea I could see how NIN might benefit from it perhaps, but not sure I want to pursue it if it indeed does as you say. Will go back and reread. Thanks
