what i love the most is that not everyone gets a cookie for participation

I am new to the server so I still have a lot to experience with the server. But I find it amazing how alive this server feels. People all over the town, constantly running into people in the field. It is a very immersive experience. I tried a few other private servers and they all felt empty in comparison.

I will also say I have had amazing experience with linkshells in this server. Found two amazingly friendly linkshells that are very willing to help out. And I got numerous of tells asking if I was new and wanted a linkshell. Really positive experience with many of the other players who play on this server.

Yeah the community is really nice!

I've met lots of cool people just adventuring and bumping into each other.

I love everything about this server. If not, nobody is forcing you to log in. The quirks are being worked on, and nobody is under any obligation to serve you. Great people, great memories, oldschool gameplay. What's not to like?

Retail had the same problem. So does every private server. There are going to be toxic players.

Who would have thought, communities of 200 people have less people that dislike each other than communities of 2000.
