I was wondering if I am allowed to fish on multiple characters as long as it is not at the same time? Or am I to understand it that we are only allowed to have one character per IP with fishing skill? Would never been at the same time, just say EXP one toon and fish the other and then reverse them. Thanks guys.

The multibox HELM rules apply to HELMF.

One character can fish per IP at a time.

So im ok to fish on both, as long as it is not at the same time?

People used to dual box fish when it was just HELM and not HELMF. One at a time is the main concern of the rule I don't think hes gonna care if both of your characters have fishing separately as long as you aren't doing it at the same time.

Should be fine, although I'd recommend logging out or warping to an area you can't fish in with one character while you're fishing on the other to avoid the appearance that you're fishing at the same time.
