Just wondering if I convince my partner to play the game with me again, would us both playing from the same house and thus same IP fall under the rule that says:

"Multi-boxing HELM Functions from the same IP. One HELM per household."


Is this meant to be multiple games running on one machine for dual boxing or would it stop me and partner playing the game together.

If he can tell that you're two different people, you will be OK. Yes, even on the same IP.
