except, it seems it don't work here

I don't know if there's a "popular" place to go, but I think leeches in Bubu work.

Go down to Buburimo beach and ask people farming leeches if you can join for the drop.

That's assuming you can't swiftly farm it yourself.

I got mine crazy fast in Valkurm, since no one messes with the Leeches behind the OP or the camp near the Konschat zone in. The weather, however, has been pissing me off. Heck Fire weather, just saying.

I eventually got my Red in Yuhtunga/Yhaotor mid August. I still haven't seen Fire in Rollanberry, Valkurm or Altepa.

Weather PCs do work. So your best bet is to spend it in Rabeo and if you can get a mule in another town that covers something Rabeo is missing, and Check once every 2.5 hours and look for the heat wave message and it will tell you what day it is on.
