Wasnt sure if things are different on this private servers, i did a search and saw someone mention that "LL wont pop as a PH of itself as it would on regular servers".

does that mean we dont need to kill anything for it to spawn? or is its PH a random lizard vs the certain ones in a widescan list?

What that guy meant was that Killing Leaping Lizzy here won't sometimes make Leaping Lizzy spawn.

I believe each has a single placeholder.

Also, you should be aware that there are two separate LL spawns, each with its own placeholder.
It is possible for both to be up.

Whatever it was on retail, here LL simply has a random placeholder and will simply pop in place of a regular lizard after an hour or so cooldown. They seem to be the 5 along the top, and the 5 along the middle (not the ones at the bottom by the zone).

The easiest way to test this is how the lizards always pop in the same spot, so if you are the only person there you loop and catch each as they pop, eventually one wont pop and sure enough, Lizzy has popped in one of her set locations.

LL must be coded the same on dsp because I played on Nasomi, Era, kupo etc. with repop seeming closer to 1hr20, and as I'm EU time ive lvled there sometimes the only person in the area for a few hours and got her again. Also ive zoned into Dangruf and lvled on the higher mobs, then exited after 1hr20 and killed them in a loop and she repops first time.

After camping for many weeks earlier this year. It seemed to follow the exact pattern on retail as far as.....The top group of 5 lizzies, the bottom lizzy is the PH. The middle group of 5 lizzies, the bottom lizzy is the PH. It followed this formula every single time. Does seem to be about an 1 hour 20 minute pop window where in retail it could be as early as 15 mins.

Doesn't really matter which one you kill, you can only kill any 1 of each group and LL/VE will eventually pop on its timer.

TL;DR

Kill `em all, Lizzy evently pops.
