Who is this person? I've never heard of them. No AH history. Anyone seen/played with them on here before?

Someone I know had an interesting experience with him. I don't want to spread misinformation or assume wrongly, so I'll keep it at that for now. I'm wondering if this is someones mule, since they would need to be pretty established here or have an established character here.
