Hoping to keep this civil and for the good of the server. Please respect that. Also not looking for speculation, there has been more than enough of that on this subject.

Does Peiste Leather exist? Nasomi has said that 3 characters have 80 inventory unlocked. Names were not released to prevent these individuals from being harassed about it.

This post is a hail mary to reach out to one of those 3 characters to share where their Peiste Leather came from. I am not interested in outing you to the server, I would simply like to obtain the extra inventory and share said information with everybody(eventually).

I have tried all the different fabled methods to obtain the Peiste Leather: OWNM 20, 30. After countless kills we have not seen a single leather. Unless the drop rate of Peiste Leather is lower than a Kracken Club, I'm almost ready to conclude that the drop was misplaced somewhere along the way and no longer exists. If 3 people have it, how has nobody else stumbled across this drop in 4 years?

Please send me a /tell in game or a PM here on the forums if you have 80 inventory. I will respect your privacy and try your method to exhaustion.

I implore you Nasomi to check the locations you have placed Peiste Leather to drop and make sure it is still there. Thank You for your server and your time.

OWNM's drop the WoTG mats IIRC. I know I saw the tiger-from-the-past leather/hide drop from a level 60 OWNM anyway. (forget there names)

Smilodon Leather/Lynx Leather are not what is being discussed. As someone who has done extensive 40+60 , I can say with a good amount of confidence the Peiste Leather is not from any of those.

You guys have a lot of fisherman? Try having a fishing crew go to a bunch of areas (pashow marshlands?)to try and find a paricau(sp?) for inside the beast quest for a skin to craft into leather?

will try this when i get my fishing high enough, however the conversation occurred before inside the belly quest was implemented.

The fish you are referring to is Pirarucu and comes from Grauberg(S) making it out of era. would be nice to get this fish added in somewhere if it isnt already.

I'm assuming this means you have made the angel skin and Oxblood orbs already? Isn't this something that can't be crafted?

Those orbs can't be crafted. So even if we found where this leather is, we'd still need to find the orbs.

You are absolutely correct sir, just had this tested myself to verify.

This brings up a much greater question of how were the 3 individuals able to complete the quests with 3 of the items being unobtainable. Was Nasomi just trolling as he is known to do? Were these quests completed during the infancy of the server when the AH was still stocked? I do not ask these in an accusatory manor. Getting to the truth behind this issue is the only goal.

Perhaps the pursuit of Peiste Leather is futile in light of this discovery. As far as I'm aware Nasomi still tells us that 80 inventory is possible. At the current moment it is not possible to get more than 70 inventory slots.
