I have seen this ownm drop 0 loot after 15 minutes before. Apparently, it has been changed. If it is unintentional, I think it should be changed back. This group of 6 took nearly 20 minutes to kill this mob. I think the 15 minute timer was good. It should be hard. Your group was weak. It earned 0 drops.

Can confirm, have had 15minute 15-45second kills drop 0 loot on at least 3 occasions.

This wasn't needed in a forum post when I provided a way to send me the screenshot in a private manner.
