Centaurio is a timed spawn here. Periodically check if it's up then try to get a TH4 out there to kill it for you.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my cloak. It is timed spawn. I would just search the zone ahead of time, if it was empty I'd go check. More than half the time centurio was up. Early mornings were best.
