I'd simmer down - I'd be fine if we got rid of sync, at this point.


Let's not get too hasty. We def. experienced a post Ninja bump, but there's no guarantee we retain all of those new ppl. Maybe he could rework the "online" requirements for sync, but there are still good stretches of the day where leveling in a pt would be near-impossible without sync.
