You get the cards from the festive moogle by "talking" to him. So once you deliver a card you must return to the moogle to receive the next card to deliver.

Yes, but I personally prefer the use of the oxford comma.

So I've delivered 4 out of the 5 cards in Jeuno and now when I try to trade the last one, none of the npcs respond, and I can't get the talisman. Anybody else having this issue?

Any way to re-trade the cards? Didn't get my +1 hat despite the game saying it gave it to me, and now trading another card does nothing.

I think this is what happened to me as well. Is there basically no way to fix this if it happens? Pretty bummed that I might be screwed out of a talisman.
