Uh oh... I had a full inventory upon trading Capella Card in Port Bastok..

said I obtained the dream bell +1 but I in fact did not. FML

There's plenty of NPCs, just do it again on a different one

thanks, I was just looking at the port bastok imgur someone posted and got tunnel vision. Need my morning cup of joe still :)

Can we still use outpost warp/moghouse exits etc. while running cards to Jeuno from our home nation?

there are more NPCs than the ones listed. Try to find others.

Just to clarify, if you had items from the past you can't get doubles of them, so sometimes you'll only have to trade 2 or 3 times to get talisman.
