I am been camping this NM for days and have yet to see him. I have killed some of the normal mobs for hours hoping to see him spawn. So my question is does this NM only respawn after server reset?

Last time this topic popped up, some people were saying the mob is back to using era accurate spawn timers and has a chance to spawn all over the map.

I am starting to believe it only spawns after server reset but hopefully it is also true it respawns after being killed also which would be cool. Now I just need a server reset LOL. Any more information will be greatly appreciated though.

Its a 72hr repop on the dot, can spawn anywhere in the water in the basement. Does not have a PH.

Can confirm 72hr pop on the dot, camped it for about 2 months in.... January 2018? Maybe? 3 rings dropped during that time, including my own. Frustrating to get ToD but worth it.

server maint doesn't reset bloodsucker. its timer has conveniently lined up with server reset several times. hard 72 ^^
