I've been stuck on mission 2-3 "Journey Abroad" for months now on Java. Doing Windurst first and the KI "Shield Offering" isn't in my KIs after talking to Kupipi. Now all npc associated with the quest are non-responsive. Here is the link https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Journey_Abroad.

I've tried everything posted on the forums to resolve this, including sending a ticket to Nasomi on help desk.

Your best bet is making an account in the ticket system and submitting a ticket to nas there: http://na.nasomi.com:8080/servicedesk/

Change home nation to bastok and re-rank up. Only thing I can come up with, if its actually glitched and you want to get passed it. You might get lucky but I wouldn't hold my breath for a ticket to be answered.

It used to be somewhat-common for people to bug out on that mission, though Nas seems to have fixed *most* of the issues. You’ll have to put in a support ticket to have him reset your mission progress. Next time, try doing the other nation first instead (e.g.: Windurst folks used to get bugged in Sandy near the end when going to Bastok first, now I always recommend doing Sandy first and haven’t had a problem).

Yeah im receiving this bug where Sandy 2-3 Windy-->Bastok. wont let me enter the BCNM in Waughoon Shrine.

I thought my alt was bugged but turned out i skipped optional dialog for a bastok leg. Talk with every npc listed as part of the mission
