How long are the empress bands going to be available?

Sometime around midnight they will be disabled

They are currently disabled FYI just so you don't try to activate it and lose a charge for nothing like I just did.

Meh, just recharge and store for next time.

By the time they are up again you will have full charge, plus full recharge if they are up long enough for you to use them.

Not really a problem, no. I just have to remember next week to recharge. I would prefer the enchantment just not be able to activate when the buff can't be applied though.
