I tried the Fencer's Ring the other day but it didn't seem to work even with the latent effect requirements fulfilled. I was considering buying an Enhancing Sword, but no way in hell will I do that if the enspell damage is busted. So whats the deal? Is it just the Fencer's Ring, or am I just wrong entirely and messed up my test?

The only one I know of that works properly is the Enhancing Sword, I previously owned one and can confirm the latent works as intended.

I was told the only one that does is Enhancing Sword, but that is 2nd(3rd?) hand knowledge I don't know anyone personally to test it.

Enhancing Sword works. I tried Fencers with red HP and it wouldn't activate either, probably just the item is broken

Fencer's ring and Buzzard tuck don't work. Enhancing sword does. My enhancing sword pretty much lives in my Moghouse though. Joyeuse gets more playtime.
