So I been camping this guy for about 3hrs with no spawn, been using /rng for ws just to make sure I got all the rabbits in the area, and he has still yet to spawn, is he broken or does any1 have any info that could help?

he could possibly be out of era.Some nms in old zones wernt added during cop era.

also he is a lottery pop so u could just be unlucky.

Noble's Ribbon is cheap and better.

Some NMs just don't exist here yet, even in-era ones. It's entirely possible that this is one of them.

I thought that was possible as well, but I've seen people wearing the drop and some folks in a ls I'm in say they've killed the NM. Strange thing is with Widescan I can't see the proper PH, there are suppose to be 2 rarabs near the bottom of the list, but there is only 1.

Pretty sure he still exists and does seem to be true lottery like retail. Personally took me around a day and a half / 2 days to get him to pop but that was around 2 years ago so theoretically nas could have pulled the NM.

I have camped him, he's a real pain. I got him around the south tower.

Depends on how you spend your time camping, I xp lower jobs, farmed, and crafted while camping.

I camped him as well, so he does exist--I either misread the wiki or it was incorrect on the PH, because he never popped with the one I was killing, until I got bored and started murdering every rabbit in the area. Popped right up after that.
