I wanted to play FFXI on another computer.
I downloaded the new launcher and nasomiXI.v20. I got the bootmod to work, BUT
I can't log in. I just keep getting "Failed to login. Invalid username/password" message. Even though I used the correct username and password.
I even tried using the forum username, but that gave me the same result.
Is there something I missing since I can't log in?

Did you link the game account with your forum account?

If so, maybe try making a new one, maybe you registered your pw incorrectly twice.

Is your password really that long? https://nasomi.com/wiki/index.php?title ... characters and also there have been issues reported with password over 12 characters

I tried many, many times. I know that I entered my passport correctly. I don't think I ever linked my game account with my forum accout. How do I do that?



My passport isn't that long. Just made the line long so no one could propey guess my passport.

Such a guy thing to exaggerate the length.

Okei, I found the wiki article on how to link my game account with the forum, but I can't follow it.
According to the wiki I should find a "Forum Link" under "Maintenance", but I can't find the forum link.
Where is it?

If the launcher isnt adding extra characters when you enter your game account info try changing your password on nasomi.com account page see if the error still occurs
