Hey Folks,

A few days ago I installed, got everything up and running, and have been playing regularly since then - however last night while I was running my characters the game client for both mains and my bank started freezing for about 50 seconds of every minute until they finally crash and close. I excluded the client from my Antivirus/Antimalware tool, and made sure everything was running as administrator with no UAC issues to speak of (as I mentioned, this has been working fine for days now) but I'm hitting a wall on troubleshooting further.

Has anyone experienced this issue?

Have you tried again? Probably obvious answer, but you didn't specify.
Does it happens always?
Under which circumstances?

If you can identify a pattern it might be an easy fix, but this doesn't sounds like a server problem but rather a PC or corrupted FFXI files.

Also, what are your computer specs?

I got it working, seemed to be some kind of memory issue with the client - restarted and copied over a fresh client.
