I have created a forum account however, when I attempt to create a Game Account the error is Username does not exist.

When you click "sign up now" you need to enter your FORUM login info. Then on the next screen you'll create the actual game account. You may have issues if you have special characters in your password, try changing it to alpha-numeric and see if that fixes it?
