I just tried to get BST flag and got my ass whooped by Kraken. The flowers told me warp to abbysea - dummy? What is up with that?

Just ignore that Abbysea behind that thing are the nightflowers.
Beware they only spawn after 22:00 at night! :)
If you need help or something /tell Shizoo ingame i can sneak/invis you there if you want

I did try after 22:00 and I clicked the flowers and gave me the message. I'll try again to see what happens
