 Post subject: Crashing while zoning

Hello,

I am new to the game and occasionally I am crashing when I change zones. Is anyone else having this problem? My computer goes to a black screen it says downloading data and after a minute or two an error code 3001 pops on my screen and the game closes. Is there a fix for this?

This happens on some network connections.

Try restarting your network adapter or router and see if it continues to happen.
