So, I made my main character, recently made my alt, and figured that I may as well create a mule just to get it out of the way as well.
The only issue is that whenever I try to create a mule on the mule account, I get timed out in character creation after submitting a name.

I went to check my account page on the Nasomi website, and I noticed that my main character 'Sasaso' is down in the mule section, and the mule section is up in the main area with no character attached.

Is that where the issue stems from? If so, how would I fix that?
There's something that says that you can rebind where characters are in there, but I don't seemingly have that option.

Known issue.

No one can make mule accounts right now. Been that way for months. Nas too busy with everything else to fix.
