When logging in I do not see my character on the character selection screen. So I chose my character and log into the game and I can't see any character models at all nor can I see mob or NPC's just the names.

Bug with intel graphics drivers. Try updating or rolling them back. Also, you could try not using intel drivers by not using your integrated card but instead your real gpu in your laptop (if it is a laptop AND it has one): http://nasomi.com/wiki/index.php?title= ... nt_low_FPS
