I tried removing items from auction house but got the wrong item, I've tried to take down my stack of shihei but got my goblin drink. And when I tried to view my Auction house items on the account page it comes up blank 0/100. Thanks for all the help in advance.

When removing items it is best to either work from the bottom up, or remove one item, exit the Sales Status window, re open the window, then remove the next item. Otherwise the system glitches and the wrong item will be removed.

Also after adding or removing items from the auction house, the website will list 0/100 for a few minutes. It will then fix itself after a few minutes have passed.

Yeah removing auctions is iffy. If you make a mistake removing the last one is probably going to fetch what you wanted. Every couple weeks I just unlist and relist everything to account for market prices dropping on things. Easier than trying to unlist specific items.
