Hello, recently got back into playing FFXI; I have tried to bind my legacy account to the current forum account that I recovered but every time I try it gives me an error - User information was not authenticated. I have read about all the nuances regarding entering the correct information and I have tried multiple browsers and have entered the information just by copying/pasting from a notepad and manually all without luck. What needs to be done for me to bind my game account?
