I recently returned but unfortunately I registered my legasy account in the forum account wrong in the last place (MULE) and later it turned out that my main character has a problem with the accumulation of experience. His experience has reached the maximum for 74lv. -41,999 and the hero can not become 75 level.This bug is for all Jobs cant lv up . Please help.(Hero name - Ssai )

Were you able to get this resolved? I am facing a similar issue where my Alt was registered as mule and I can't ding 13...just sitting at capped XP level 12.

Be patient. Be persistent. Give him all the info in the message daily and don't expect a direct or timely response. Idle with the chat windows open and your character logged in on the offchance that Nas needs to contact you.
