Hi there,

Was trying to log in to my account - managed to do so however, when I go to pick my characters it gives me an Error 3301 code. Not sure what this means. I was able to log in fine a month or so ago. My account name is Video (same as forum).

Perhaps it is because of the account binding system? Either way I'm also in the Nas chat but no one has replied as of yet. If someone can help that'd be great!

Did you ever get a fix on this, I am new and this is the error i get too after creating a character and trying to enter my first city.

No never did get this error fixed I really hope someone can help.

it wont let me delete characters either =/

i think i tried to delete the mule but it gave me the same 3301

https://na.nasomi.com/account/login.php log in and when you have mules name up can use remove character and are you sure this isnt 3101?
