So the problem continues. I had this problem last event. I messaged a mentor as nasbot recommends you do.

The mentor has heard this happening a lot recently, thinks it may be a bug from a patch a few weeks ago or so.

I have confirmed three ways that I do not have an EXP ring:
First, I do recall dropping the ring about a month ago.
Second, I cannot find it anywhere in inventory/safe/storage/locker/sack/satchel/case
Third, I cannot find it by using the player portal, even using control + F and searching the page. This same method does show me my other character who does have an EXP ring.

I have attempted to get a new ring from Windurst Woods, Windurst Waters, Ru'Lude Gardens, and Upper Jeuno. None of these NPCs give me a ring. I have not purchased or recharged a ring for about a month or more. Last event, I was also not able to purchase or recharge a ring, including while the event was running. You should normally be able to buy and charge rings even when an event is not running in my experience.

My other character is able to recharge, I'm skeptical about dropping the ring only to find I cannot get another, though.

If anyone has any other ideas, I'd be happy to try to troubleshoot through it.
