As of the large CoP update from Nasomi last Friday (11/25), I've heard of several LS members unable to obtain this Key Item, including myself, during CoP mission 5-3.

Step that is broken:
-Walk out of Upper Jeuno into Batallia Downs and out through the gate in the wall. Turn left and examine the ??? at (K-8) once for a cutscene and then a second time for a KI: Delkfutt Recognition Device.

After clicking the ??? spot numerous times, no message is given, no CS, nothing. Therefore, with no KI, no progress can be made.

Users have tried the following:
1. Talking to Monberaux again (verified the correct Monberaux text was given in the previous step)
2. Zoning
3. Logging
4. Verified correct KI is in inventory: Envelope from Monberaux
5. Tried triggering the last cutscene in sequence: Talk to Pherimociel in the Guard Post of the Ducal Palace. No CS given, flagging appears correct.
6. Skipping ahead to very next step: no NM is popped at the door in lower Delkfutt's Tower
