Hi Guys,

Completely new to XI, i have downloaded and installed the game, on the launcher i log in with my details and it constantly says invalid details, i create new account try again same result, i literally cannot get the game to launch! any ideas?

Have you linked your forum account and your game account? They're two separate things that need to be linked.

I recently reinstalled everything and was getting the invalid message, too. I went to https://na.nasomi.com/account/login.php and chose Reset for my main account. Once I reset the password I was allowed to login.
