Any suggestions? Friend getting 3101 that wanted to start on Nasomi.

Try power cycling your router/modem, check your firewall, or try and restart the computer."

He tried random name.
Router/modem all checked.
Restarted PC and router many times.
Reinstalled the game plenty of times, retail was never installed.

He gets it with 1st char created before char creation screen.
He tried new account, same thing.

Any suggestions?

PS. Its Ashita from the new installer, Ashita 2, I think version 3.0.0.10.
