Hello all,

I was playing this morning when I zoned into Port Bastok. Unfortunately I never made it into the zone and instead got stuck on the downloading data screen. Eventually this timed out and I was prompted with error code 3001.

I’ve tried the clear session tool, reset my internet connection, and reinstalled the game but I am still running into the same error every attempt I make to log on.

Edit: I used the unstuck tool and was able to log in. Through some trial and error I’ve determined that I can’t enter Port Bastok without running into the same error. Any ideas on this one?

I have the same problem. I'm stuck in Latheine. I can log in if I use the clear session or unstuck tool but if I try to zone out of LaTheine error 3001
