You really should leave that 1 as mule , transfer items to a new main and use mule as crafter you will only lose levels ( you said most jobs are lv 20 and highest was brd 40 all of these can be redone pretty quick )

I don't want to redo them. I have hundreds of in game hours, and don't have all day (because work, school, etc..) to grind out all those levels. Plus all the quests i've done. There's more to it than leveling. I've spent several years getting to where I am now. I can't just power it out in a week or two and be back where I am now, because I have life outside FFXI.

I would just like my account fixed if possible, if Nas ever sees this. Going on 2 weeks now of checking the chat 3 times a day, and the broken tech support link.

This exact thing happened to me, took me a month waiting on support ticket then the site went down so I started PMing Nas in Nas chat with information listed in #4 from this link.

Less than a week later he had fixed it for me, hope this helps and good luck.

I think I PM'd him in nas chat a little over a week ago. Do you just send a message to "nasomi" on the top right of the screen in the member list?

Yes, once a day for a week until he fixed it, he's a busy guy so I figured it would take a little while
