I am setting up a second character and when I log into Ashita it takes the new username and password but when I get to Create Character screen it just closes out the game. I have tried multiple times and not sure what is going on.

I just saw this response after a second thread where I went more in depth with this issue plus another issue I am having that is somewhat separate. I am not very computer savvy at all. So I shouldn't have the new character added to my current account on this site? I thought all characters had to be tied to the account made here or Nasomi would ban the IP address.
