Hi, I used to play on Nasomi's server a few years ago and recently came back. I didn't understand how to retrieve legacy characters at first, and so created a new one. I recently figured it out and retrieved one of my old characters on the "Alt" slot. I want to retrieve my other character on the "Main" slot, but can't remove the account I created in the "Main" slot, only the character. Is it possible to do this or can I use the "Mule" slot to retrieve my second character and use the "Main" slot as a mule character? 2nd char is well past the level limits for the mule character so worried that might cause flagging.

Only nas can do it for you. You'll have to visit naschat and pm him. Warning, it can take a week or 3 in line to get to you. He retains every message you send to him as long as you use the same name. You could try dropping in every day or so for a reminder. And he ninja-fixes stuff, so periodically check your account page to see if he's fixed it.

When pm'ing him, provide as much information as you can, but not passwords, and break it up every few lines because it cuts off after like 3 lines of chat. That's all for the first message, then every day or two ping him with "i'm still here" and if you can, leave the window open for a bit so he can respond.
