Hi. I'm writing this post on behalf of my friend who wants to play. They'd like to be able to use 3 characters. They created a 2nd account and now neither of the 2 kids can log in. I totally forgot about this problem. Issue has been occurring since 2 days ago. And the dad hasn't even tried to create a character yet. I told him they will need to consolidate to 1 master account with a main, alt, and mule character. They can't find a way to delete the account that hasn't been used yet, mccoy38, and I didn't see an option either. Thanks in advance.

In another thread, the answer was to send a private message to nasomi in forums, but new forum users cannot send PM's. I just tried.
