I would just recommend trying to forward anything related to Jueno, not Yin or Aldo specifically... but beyond that, I guess I can't be of any more help

Alright, finally fixed it... and it could've been two things. My bad for not testing each of them individually.
These are the things that I did that I think affected it working:

1. Did the starting Zilart cutscenes in Norg (Aldo is in them)
2. Did the mog house quest for Jeuno

After I did these, I went to talk to Guslam and Deadly Minnow again, taking care not to open Deadly Minnow's buy sell menu. When I went down to talk to Yin, she finally gave me the relevant dialogue.

From what other people have said, if you're experiencing this bug, I think doing a Jeuno quest is the most time efficient fix (assuming that it fixed it)
