Hopped into Naschat, but after trying everything I just flat out trashed it all, and re-installing. I really wish I could remember my old forum account. @_@. We'll see what happens.

Edit: Nope same error. PlayOnline Viewer and Tetra Master msi cannot be found. Error 1706

Deminion, if you show back up we were able to get it working for Mrmeows.

1. uninstall playonline under programs and features
2. find the NasomiXI folder where you installed it, highlight and shift+delete
3. find your folder with the install you downloaded from here
4. right click the install and run as administrator
5. when the installer asks you to specifiy a device and path just put "c" and press enter
6. let the install run
7. right click the launcher on your desktop and choose run as administrator
8. log in

If you continue to get the error after this please take some screen clips of the various pop-up windows the error creates and post them here.

hey im still having the prob lol.. i seen a new installer was out gave it a try but still nothing.. and when i go to remove program playonline viewer is not there only Nasomi. so maybe thats where my prob is.. i really want this to work.. im even willing to pay someone via paypal to get this working for me..

Ok so im not a tech expert at sll but in theory if you don’t have retail installed at all , this game should never ask you about Pol or Tetramaster unless it thinks you don’t want to connect to Nasomi , and if Ashita thinks that maybe the solution might be in viewtopic.php?f=7&t=772
